绵羊肉

绵羊羔肉(lamb)

绵羊肉是世界上最常见的肉类之一,取自家养绵羊Ovis aries)。英语中通常分为“lamb”(即羔羊肉,取自第一年的绵羊)、“hogget”(取自第二年的绵羊)和“mutton”(取自更老的绵羊)[1][2]
