软感测器

软感测器(Soft sensor)是一种同时处理多种量测资料的软体。常见的软感测器是以控制理论为基础,多半也会用到状态观测器,其中可能会用到数十个甚至上百个感测器产生的资料,也会用各量测资料之间的整合来产生新的,不需直接量测的物理量。软感测器特别适用在感测器整合中,结合了不同特征以及动态的量测资料。软感测器可以用在故障诊断以及控制应用中。
有许多著名的软体演算法(例如卡尔曼滤波)可以视为是软感测器。更近期软感测器的实现会使用类神经网路以及模糊逻辑。
