T·阿姆斯特朗·强格桑（英语：Thongkhomang Armstrong Changsan，1969年1月24日—），印度外交官，现任印度驻古巴大使，曾任印度驻冰岛大使、印度驻大阪-神户总领事、印度驻南非副高级专员等职务。

经历

T·阿姆斯特朗·强格桑出身印度阿萨姆邦底马哈撒，[6][7]生于1969年1月24日。[8][9]他拥有德里印度理工学院机械工程科技学位。[10]

1997年，强格桑加入印度外事服务部，并选择日语作为必修外语。[8]他曾任职于驻拉各斯和东京的印度使团。在外交部总部，他曾在联合国经济和社会事务司工作，处理从气候变化到人权等广泛议题。他还曾担任古瓦哈提印度外交部分部办公室和区域护照办公室的副司长、负责人，[10][11]在任期内他优化了护照发放系统，开设了古瓦哈提的护照服务中心，并为整个印度东北地区的其他护照服务中心奠定了基础，为偏远地区的东北居民提供了服务；他还促成了印度外交部古瓦哈提分部秘书处的成立，该办公室为东北地区的学生提供服务，通过认证或贴附认证章，以便其文件在国外使用。[6]

出任印度驻大阪-神户总领事前，强格桑担任印度驻南非副高级专员。[10]2015年6月4日，就任印度驻大阪-神户总领事。[12][13]2018年离任。[14]2018年6月20日，被任命为下一任印度驻冰岛大使。[15]2018年8月14日，就任印度驻冰岛大使。[10]2021年离任。[16]2024年3月18日，被任命为下一任印度驻古巴大使。[17][18]2024年6月2日，抵达哈瓦那。[19]7月1日，递交国书副本。[20]

争议

2022年，前印度驻冰岛大使馆司机起诉使馆，这位匈牙利籍的前司机声称大使馆拖欠了自己的工资，而且时任印度驻冰岛大使强格桑对他有不尊重和种族歧视的行为。[21][22]
