橋粒黏蛋白 （英語：desmoglein ）是由蛋白質DSG1 、DSG2 、DSG3 和DSG4 組成的橋粒鈣黏蛋白 家族。它們在連接細胞的橋粒 的形成中發揮作用。[1]

橋粒黏蛋白是一種鈣黏蛋白，這種跨膜蛋白 可與其他鈣黏蛋白結合，形成一種被稱為細胞間橋粒的連接。這些橋粒黏蛋白將細胞結合在一起，但是當機體開始產生針對橋粒黏蛋白的抗體 時，連接處會分解，從而導致水泡 或囊泡 的形成。[5] [6]
