G 99-47 (猎户座 V1201)是一颗位于猎户座光谱分类为DAP8 (DAP8.9,[4]或DAP8.7[3])的白矮星。G 99-47为第十近的白矮星,仅次于格利泽293、格利泽518、格利泽915等。

G 99-47的质量约为是0.71±0.03太阳质量;[3]表面重力为108.20 ± 0.05 (1.58 · 108) cm·s−2,[3]或大概为地球重力的162,000倍,对应半径7711公里,或地球半径的121%。温度约5790K,[3]几乎和太阳的一样;它的冷却年龄,即退化恒星的年龄(不包括主序星和巨星的寿命)是3.97 Gyr[4]。由于几乎等于太阳的温度,G 99-47应该呈现出与太阳几乎相同的白色。白矮星具有强磁场,近地表测得的垂直分量为560 T[7]
