丙基吡唑三醇PropylpyrazoletriolPPT),是一种合成非甾体ERα激动剂,选择性是ERβ的400倍[1],常用于研究ERα的功能。[2][3][4]最初科学家认为PPT对ERα有高度选择性,唯后来发现PPT也可作GPER(G蛋白偶联雌激素受体1,GPR30)激动剂[5]
