ACY2(胺基醯化酶2,英語:aminoacylase II,縮寫ACY-2,也稱為天門冬胺酸醯酶,英語:Aspartoacylase,縮寫ASPA)是一個人類基因 ASPA 編碼的蛋白質,是一種催化N-乙醯天門冬胺酸水解為天門冬胺酸和乙酸的水解酶,EC編號3.5.1.15,位於人類第17號染色體上17p13.2區域。[7][8]
