蜡蚧轮枝菌（学名：Lecanicillium lecanii）是子囊菌门虫草菌科的一种虫生真菌。本种过去属于轮枝孢属，学名为Verticillium lecanii，于2001年与同属的其他虫生真菌因分子序列分析结果而被归入麦角菌科的新属蜡蚧菌属中[1]，并被作为该属的模式种。2007年蜡蚧菌属又被归入新科虫草科中[2]
过去被称作V. lecanii的真菌除了本种外，还包括L. longisporum、L. muscarium与L. attenuatum等相似物种[3]，皆在园艺与农业上被用作生物农药，抑制粉虱、蓟马与蚜虫等害虫的生长[4]，其中本种主要为感染介壳虫科的害虫[5]。
